Halloween 👻 🎃 2020

 Saturday, October 31st

Coronavirus is completely changing how we do everything, from school, to shopping, to celebrating holidays.  This year, we were invited to a trunk or treat at Welsh park in East Brunswick.  It’s actually the same park we went to a couple weeks back in Lori’s neighborhood.  The girls had fun and I am glad they were still able to have the Halloween experience of getting all dressed up (thanks Gram 😊), prancing around in their costumes and receiving candy.  They looked awesome.  Livia was Cinderella 👸  and Madison was a unicorn mermaid 🦄 + 🧜‍♀️.

This was too funny...this was her face when she saw Uncle Harry come outside.

Costume Day @ School

October, 30th

All the students dressed up on Friday and they created a “virtual” parade in Google slides.  Here was the pic we took of Livia (for some reason when she is signed into her school google account on her computer, her camera would not work in google slides.  When she is signed in to the computer with a personal google account, it worked fine).

Encore Showcase 💃

Sunday, October 25th

Today, the kids at Kaye Lynn dance studio had the opportunity to showcase the dances they worked so hard on over the past year.  They didn’t get a chance to go to competition March-May due to coronavirus.  The showcase was held outdoors at playhouse 22 in East Brunswick on an outside stage.  The weather was a bit chilly but would have been nice if it didn’t start raining shortly after it began.

Before we left:
